In Search of My Taco Truck
In Search of my Taco Truck...

I would like to share the tale of one of my favorite small businesses. Eduardo and Josefina are some of my favorite clients. I met them after they called me about a house I had listed. As it would happen, when Josefina called me the first time, I was in Mexico and we had a poor connection. I was able to connect her with by business partner to show her the house, and eventually, after my trip, Josefina called me again. She later told me that she wanted to work with me because I was near her hometown the first time we spoke. She was glad that I appreciated her culture and spoke some Spanish. I eventually helped them find a great house just down the street where I had spent several years of my childhood riding my bike past her house! This made their transaction extra special to me.

Now Josefina and Eduardo have their own business, and I love helping them to support and promote it! They have a taco truck that doesn’t have a permanent location. For them, this makes social media a crucial part of staying in touch with their fans and helping customers return to their truck again and again!
They do a great job of keeping Instagram and Facebook updated on their location, and they are very responsive to comments. However, they have very little content beyond posts that announce the location of the truck on any given day.
